Jessica
Our first priority is to provide clients with a positive and successful real estate experience. I have a passion for real estate and prioritize getting to know my clients and understanding your individual needs, as well as educating you on an ever-changing real estate market. It matters that you choose an agent with a high level of service and integrity. Our approach is simple: listen to our clients and put their long-term interests above a one-time paycheck, know the market, and use technology to deliver the message.
We realize buying or selling a home is one of the most important financial decisions in people’s lives, and take our business very seriously. We provide sound and trustworthy advice to help you make wise choices. We work hard to reduce the stress and complexities of a real estate transaction.
As a native of California, I have been happy to call Murrieta home since 2009, where I live with my husband Chris, sons Joshua and Bobby, and Border Terrier Zoe. I graduated from CSU Long Beach with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance, Real Estate and the Law. I have been practicing real estate since 2010 and I am ready to serve you.
Chris
Christopher (Chris) Genung joined his wife Jessica Genung in real estate full-time in late 2018 after 14 formative and eventful years in the Gaming & Hospitality industry.
An accelerated full-time MBA program (2008 to 2009) at California State University, Long Beach required a move back to California. That is where Chris and Jessica have remained ever since while working at Tribal Casinos Pechanga, Morongo and Agua Caliente (2009 to 2018). Chris and Jessica are proud to call Murrieta their home for over 10 years and counting.
After years of long commutes, Chris and Jessica decided that self-employment as a husband and wife real estate team would allow for the unlimited upside opportunity that small business ownership provides, and even more importantly, the flexibility required for our young family. It has been a great decision for the Genungs; a truly exciting next chapter of our personal and professional lives.
Jessica has been continuously licensed and active in residential real estate for over 10 years going back to the pre-Great Recession era. Chris was first licensed in California and Nevada in the mid-2000s but only recently re-activated his California license in early 2019. Chris and Jessica also do a fair amount of quasi property management with two Airbnb listings of their own.
A husband and wife team provides clients a “two for one” value. Jessica handles most of the customer service, in particular, our first-time buyers and other residential clients. As part of this behind the scene support, Chris concentrates on backend functions, technical needs, marketing strategy and execution of transactions. Our team dynamic provides a nice left brain / right brain balance and two unique perspectives.
Chris and Jessica have two highly active boys Joshua (age 7) and Bobby (age 6). Baby Jackie arrived in May of 2023. Our 4th child is Zoe ~ our beloved Border Terrier. Family activities include baseball, volleyball and a recently discovered fun new sport of pickleball. Non-kid related events include the occasional house poker game, tournaments and going out with friends to the many wineries in Temecula.
