Chardonnay Hills | Best Neighborhoods | Temecula Ca

Hi! Jessica Genung here. In today’s video, I am going to show and tell you all about the highly desirable community of Chardonnay Hills located near to the entrance of Temecula Wine Country.  And we are starting right now.

The community of Chardonnay Hills has 580 single family homes on Rancho California between Meadows Parkway and Butterfield Stage Road in Temecula. The community is surrounded by rolling hills and you can see the first wineries at the entrance to Temecula Wine Country from the many view lots far and wide. It’s a quiet neighborhood because of the location a little farther out from the hustle and bustle of Temecula and the 15 freeway, but it is still a quick drive to shops and restaurants.

The homes were built in the 1990s. There is great pride of ownership for sure. The common areas of the community are nicely landscaped with winding streets and lots of cul de sacs.  Like I said, because of the rolling hills, there are many view lots and many residents can enjoy the awesome visual of hot air balloons rising over wine country in the early mornings during certain times of the year.

The entrance of Chardonnay Hills has a very grand gate and waterfall, but it is not a gated community.  The gates are just decorative and the main entrance is located off Rancho California Rd. It is the last community before entering Wine Country.

Chardonnay Hills has many community amenities for residents to enjoy.  These include: 2 recreation centers, 2 swimming pools, spas, tennis courts and two parks with playground equipment as well as many nice walking trails.

Chardonnay Hills is currently zoned for Vintage Hills Elementary School, Margarita Middle School, and Temecula Valley High School which currently has a 9/10 GreatSchools.org rating.
