Tri Pointe Homes is building two distinct neighborhoods at this site: Serene and Harmony (for a total of 133 homes).
- Serene (79 Homes): Offers larger floor plans and generous lot sizes. The average lot size is 9,000 sq. ft., which is exceptionally spacious for new construction in our valley! Select lots will even feature RV parking options with room for an RV gate—a rare find in HOA-governed communities. Base pricing for Serene spans from the low $600,000s into the high $600,000s / high $700,000s (prior to structural options and design upgrades).
- Harmony (54 Homes): A two-story home community featuring smaller lot sizes (averaging around 4,500 sq. ft.) with lower entry pricing starting in the mid $500,000s.
